Training for better prevention and action in health
At the Pasteur Institute in Lille, training is a essential lever to advance prevention and public health.
Our teams of experts offer prevention training courses throughout the year on the following topics:

Nutrition
Physical activity and nutrition are two fundamental pillars of health throughout life. In a context where malnutrition, sedentary lifestyles, and chronic diseases are constantly increasing, their integration into professional practices is essential. In this regard, professionals have a key role to play: identifying at-risk situations early, supporting behavioral changes, and promoting healthy habits. The training programs offered at IPL aim to strengthen the knowledge and skills of professionals in order to improve prevention and care.
Mental health
Mental health is an integral part of overall health: there is no health without mental health. It influences how we think, feel, and interact with the world around us. In our fast-paced lives, where personal, professional, and social challenges are constantly increasing, taking care of your mental health is more important than ever. Through a variety of topics, our training programs help you understand the determinants of mental health and offer practical tools to prevent, identify, and take action to promote well-being in your daily life.
